Nanawagan ang lokal na pamahalaan ng Pateros sa publiko na i-report ang mga pasaway na tricycle drivers sa kanilang lugar. 

Ang mga pasaway na tricycle drivers ay yung mga tumatanggi sa pasahero, hindi nagbibigay ng discount sa mga seniors, PWDs, buntis, walang fare matrix, nag cutting trip, at iba pang kahalintulad na paglabag.

Hinihikayat ng pamahalaan ng Pateros na i-report ang anumang paglabag sa PLTO sa telepono bilang 642-8898. Kailangan lamang na kuhaan ng litrato o isulat ang body number ng tricycle at ang kinabibilangang TODA upang matugunan ng pamahalaan ang di karapat dapat na gawain ng mga nasabing tricycle drivers.
